Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field required.
  • Minimum five years' experience in food and beverage management.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and general management to restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members.
  • Recommend wage increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff to meet objectives and staffing levels.
  • Maintain staff morale through supervision and training.
  • Understand department objectives, standards and budget to supervise effectively.
  • Establish training procedures to ensure guest service standards.
  • Open and close work area, ensuring cleanliness and security.
  • Coordinate with Chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor staff and adjust scheduling to meet business levels.
