You will lead staff, manage schedules, and support budget goals while coordinating with the Director and department leadership.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance across all relevant regulations within a premier gaming environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift/maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and safety/health regulations.
• Monitor budgets, costs and labor for the outlets.
• Manage personnel matters: interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests and resolve complaints.
• Assist Director with budget goals and financial monitoring.
• Represent the Food and Beverage Department in internal and external matters.
