Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition Coordination or related role with executive recruiting support.
• Experience scheduling for senior-level or executive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars and stakeholders with discretion.
• Experience partnering with recruiters, leadership, HR, and managers.
• High-volume scheduling accuracy and superior candidate service.
• Proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-volume interview scheduling for executive and senior-level candidates across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate interviews involving executives, hiring managers, recruiters, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with minimal disruption.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates ensuring a polished experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ORC and other recruiting systems.
• Support offer, onboarding activities, and post-interview processes.
