Qualifications

3+ years in talent acquisition coordination, executive recruiting coordination, or high-visibility client-facing roles.
Experience supporting executive-level recruiting and delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, logistics, and competing priorities with discretion and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Lead the onsite interview experience, including candidate arrivals, departures, and tours.
Coordinate interview scheduling and panel coordination.
Prepare interview materials and feedback/scorecards.
Manage executive candidate travel, lodging, transportation, and itineraries.
Serve as primary contact for executive candidates with proactive communication.
