1001 Sabre GLBL Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to coordinate executive hiring lifecycles in a hybrid role from our Southlake office with global scope.

You will guide candidates and senior stakeholders through the recruiting process, leveraging Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, confidential hiring practices, and collaboration with legal and procurement to move offers smoothly

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or HR support, preferably within technology or SaaS.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a desire to grow professionally within talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of managing confidential hiring processes with executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a first-class experience reflecting Sabre values.
• Support the Executive Recruiter with posting jobs, tracking activity, and maintaining ATS data.
• Coordinate interview logistics including travel bookings and calendar alignment.
• Prepare candidate presentations, interview materials, and status reports for leadership.
• Source leadership talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks, and targeted outreach.
• Manage candidate workflows in Workday and ensure data integrity and background checks.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement to manage contracts and invoicing.
• Prepare offer materials and onboarding agendas; leverage AI to streamline reports.
