Job summary

Legora in New York is looking for a Program Manager, Candidate & Interviewer Experience to design the coordination, interview, and program layer of hiring. You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, and help Legora scale its hiring process from the ground up.

With Legora's rapid growth—from about 40 to 900+ people—you will define workflows, ensure consistency across time zones, and build the team as the function proves itself, shaping recruitment for the next 1000+ hires.

Qualifications

• Experience running recruiting coordination or interviewer program management at a high-growth tech scale-up.
• Owned interview scheduling and logistics across multiple regions and time zones.
• Built or overhauled an interview/coordination process with measurable before-after impact.
• Rolled out a single process across offices/regions with buy-in from managers.

Responsibilities

• Build the Coordination function from scratch, including interview scheduling and logistics workflows in Ashby, across our global markets.
• Run our interviewer enablement and calibration programs, maintaining assessment quality across markets.
• Manage employee referral and internal mobility programs and keep them actively used.
• Track time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, and scorecard submissions to measure effectiveness.
• Partner with hiring managers and local Talent teams to coordinate across time zones and markets.
• Hire and manage a lean team of Coordinators as volume grows.
