Legora is seeking an accomplished Head of Executive Recruiting to own Director-level hires across functions, based in New York. You will lead end-to-end executive searches, collaborate with top external search firms, and build robust assessment frameworks and candidate experiences to scale senior hiring globally.

You will shape hiring strategy, develop a strong external network, and partner with reward, legal, and people operations to move offers quickly and discreetly for high-impact roles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive search for Director-level roles or higher.
• Ability to engage senior leaders and manage confidential processes.
• Proven track record building relationships with investors and external search firms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive search for Director-level and above roles globally.
• Partner with external executive search firms on select hires and ensure consistent standards.
• Create scorecards, assessment frameworks, and candidate experience for senior hiring at scale.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investor talent communities and senior leaders.
• Build proactive networks across functions and geographies to surface talent before openings.
