• Arrange travel logistics and interview agendas.
• Draft and send offer letters and new hire documents.
• Update candidate records in HRIS; track and report on progress.
• Coordinate interview expense reports and referrals.
• Provide new hire follow-up communications; assist onboarding.
• Run background checks and ensure timely completion.
• Identify improvements to candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Create regular reports for the Recruiting Manager; collaborate with HR partners.
