Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a recruiting support or talent acquisition environment preferred.
• Previous experience scheduling a high volume of interviews in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and hiring managers by executing coordination efforts related to specific business units.
• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews with executive and management-level candidates.
• Draft and extend offer letters and new hire documents.
