Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator in Plano, TX, to support a team of executive recruiters and sourcers in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role emphasizes coordination, scheduling, and accurate documentation of offers and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will manage interview logistics, travel planning, and HRIS updates, while generating reports for senior HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–5 years in recruiting support.
• Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews/meetings in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel and MS Outlook; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive interview scheduling and communications with Recruiting team and leaders.
• Draft and send offer letters and new hire documents with accuracy.
• Update candidate records in HRIS and manage interview expense reporting and travel logistics.
• Produce dashboard reports for HR leadership and onboarding activities.
