Job summary

Harvey is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to support and scale senior leadership hiring across functions and regions. You will partner with founders, executives, and VPs to attract top leadership talent and build pipelines for department heads to C-suite roles.

This role is highly visible, blending deep research, proactive sourcing, and process excellence to evolve Harvey’s leadership recruiting strategy.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading executive searches across functions and regions.
• Proven ability to build diverse leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Strong evaluation, assessment, and relationship-building skills with senior candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end to end executive and senior leadership searches across the organization.
• Partner with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain diverse, high quality leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Deliver a thoughtful, white glove candidate experience for senior level candidates.
• Collaborate with the Head of Executive Recruiting and other recruiters to align on priorities, strategy, and execution.
• Manage and partner with external search firms when appropriate.
• Contribute to scalable processes, tools, and metrics for executive hiring.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to leadership to inform hiring decisions.
