Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a recruiting support environment.
• Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Outlook skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for senior candidates.
• Arrange travel logistics and interview agendas.
• Draft and send offer letters and new hire documents.
• Maintain candidate records in the HRIS system.
• Pull and create reports for Recruiting Manager.
