Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions in Plano, TX is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, supporting executive recruiters with interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding.

This fast-paced role requires 4–5 years of recruiting support experience, strong MS Excel and MS Outlook skills, and familiarity with Workday; excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4-5 years’ experience in a recruiting support environment.
• Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews/meetings in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Outlook. Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a partner to Recruiters and hiring managers, executing all coordination efforts.
• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for selected candidates.
• Arrange travel logistics and interview agendas.
• Draft and send offer letters and new hire documents.
• Regularly update candidate records and hiring information in the HRIS system.
• Coordinate Interview expense reports.
• Coordinate employee referrals.
• Provide follow-up new hire correspondence to candidates via phone and email.
• Execute background checks timely and accurately with needed documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Pull and create reports for the Recruiting Manager.
• Assist in process improvement projects and collaborate with HR counterparts.
