Bee Talent Solutions seeks an Executive Recruitment Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. This non-exempt role reports to the Head of Recruiting Coordination and focuses on delivering a world-class candidate experience while connecting executive talent with company leadership.

You will organize interviews, manage complex calendars, and liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to support our global recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Recruitment Coordinator in a professional environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendar scheduling for internal/external meetings.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex interview schedules across functions and executives.
• Ensure on-site HQ interviews are efficient and provide boutique-level candidate experience.
• Maintain relationships with talent acquisition stakeholders to maximize interview efficiency.
