Job summary

Beehive Industries, headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator for our Loveland, Ohio location. You will build recruitment processes from the ground up and lead candidate experience projects while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interviews.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of recruiting coordination in high-tech, experience with ATS, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented—nothing falls through the cracks.
• Excellent communication with people at all levels.
• Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-moving environment.
• Customer-oriented while staying positive.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Process-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain US government security clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to design the candidate experience.
• Guide candidates and internal partners through the interview process.
• Maintain and improve internal systems and processes through documentation.
• Troubleshoot last-minute issues and propose longer-term solutions.
• Contribute to sourcing, reporting, referral programs, and ad-hoc projects.
• Plan and run recruiting events.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
