Job summary

Equifax is seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Specialist to own the high-touch execution of global executive hiring and support scheduling automation. You will lead logistics, travel, and tight coordination with TA and HR partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

This role supports a global operations footprint of over 15,000 employees and involves implementing a new scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years managing high-touch scheduling and complex logistics for executive or C-suite hiring.
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting operations experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Minimum of 1 year building data models, reports, or dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end global interview lifecycle for executive/C-suite candidates with white-glove service.
• Coordinate multi-destination international travel, lodging, and ground logistics for senior candidates; manage expense reimbursements.
