Qualifications

• Proven experience in a contingent or retained search firm as Full Desk Recruiter.
• Motivated, determined, business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and screen candidates based on client criteria, delivering high-quality service to job seekers and clients.
• Conduct cold calls to candidates and clients; lead prospecting with potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a book of business; manage client accounts and lead full sales cycle with clients.
• Understand candidates' career goals and how they align with client needs; present value-based opportunities.
