Requirements: Proven track record of 2+ years of successful F&A agency recruitment experience; full desk experience, including success in both client development and recruiting; tech-savvy; Must be driven; Strong Work Ethic

Location: Remote - But MUST Reside in Ohio, Georgia, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Illinois

Salary: Industry-leading Compensation Plan (50% to 70% Payout for Direct Hire; 50% Payout for Contract), W-2 Status with Excellent Employee Benefits (including matching 401-K, Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans), Weekly Draw (no risk to employee) - *Illinois Equal Pay Act Pay range is $50,000 - $350,000
