The Adecco Group, via its LHH Recruitment Solutions division, is seeking an Executive Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of direct hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles across diverse clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients.
• Interview candidates and match them with their dream organizations and careers.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and focus on existing Clients while identifying new ones.
