Infoblox is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches for Senior Director, VP, and SVP-level roles, based in Tacoma, WA or Remote US. You will partner with executive leadership, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive high-quality hires and candidate experience.

You will develop search strategies, build diverse pipelines across corporate, product, engineering, and GTM, and use data and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive executive search or corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading Senior Director, VP and SVP-level searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to define role outcomes, leadership competencies, and search strategy.
• Build pipelines across corporate, product, engineering, GTM, and other functions.
• Assess leadership talent through structured, competency-based conversations and provide concise candidate profiles and decision-support materials.
• Use approved AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, documentation, and stakeholder decision support.
