Job summary

Amplify is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead critical senior-level hiring across both technical and non-technical disciplines.

You will own the full-lifecycle search strategy for a broad range of leadership positions including Director, Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C-suite roles spanning functions such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment, with 3+ years in executive search (VP level and above).
• Proven track record recruiting senior leaders in Education Technology (EdTech) or allied tech-enabled industries.
• Experience placing executives across technical and non-technical disciplines (Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, Operations).
• Strong executive presence with advisory capabilities to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of complex executive compensation packages, including equity structures and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles across technical and non-technical functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing market insights and talent mapping.
• Build diverse candidate slates through inclusive sourcing strategies.
• Lead negotiations, including equity structuring and offer creation for executives.
• Track market trends and competitor movements in EdTech and broader tech sectors.
