Job summary

Infoblox in Tacoma, WA (hybrid) or fully remote in the US is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives that move ideas into shipped, scalable programs. You will report to the Senior Director of Business Operations and collaborate with leaders across Infoblox to drive transformational programs end to end.

You will build structured program frameworks, manage risks, and own executive communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record translating strategy into measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and partners across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Shape strategy with senior leaders and drive high-impact solutions.
• Build scalable program frameworks, governance, and KPIs.
• Orchestrate execution across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations.
• Identify risks early and drive proactive resolution for on-time delivery.
• Deliver concise executive updates and program narratives.
