Ladders is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its leadership team in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, remote within the United States.

You will lead senior-level hiring, partner with executive stakeholders to shape search approaches, and influence decisions for Director-level and above roles in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruiting, including 3–5 years in executive search or senior leadership recruiting.
• Experience recruiting Director-level and above talent.
• In-house corporate or retained search firm background.
• Proven success managing complex, confidential executive searches.

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead senior-level hiring efforts that support the organization's leadership and long-term workforce strategy. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders to shape search approaches, assess talent, and influence hiring decisions for Director-level and above roles. The position requires strong confidentiality, market insight, and the ability to build diverse pipelines for critical leadership needs in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities
