Job summary

Infoblox is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches for Senior Director, VP, and SVP-level roles from our Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with senior leaders to map roles, build diverse pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires that drive business strategy and culture.

Based in Tacoma, WA or Remote US, you will leverage AI-enabled tools, data, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcomes while maintaining discretion and privacy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in executive search or Talent Acquisition, with Senior Director/VP/SVP searches.
• Experience leading confidential, complex searches in tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A.
• Strong executive presence with stakeholder influence.
• Experience using ATS, AI-enabled workflows, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches from intake to onboarding.
• Define role outcomes, leadership competencies, and search strategy.
• Build internal executive-search capability and reduce agency reliance.
• Develop research and sourcing strategies across networks and partners.
• Create diverse pipelines for Senior Director, VP, SVP roles across functions.
• Assess talent through structured interviews aligned with outcomes.
• Prepare candidate profiles and decision-support materials.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while ensuring confidentiality.
• Advise stakeholders on market conditions, comp, risks.
• Manage executive candidate relationships with high-touch experience.
• Coordinate interview planning, feedback, references, offers.
