Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead full lifecycle direct hire recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across multiple clients. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, develop market strategies, and build a durable candidate pipeline.

You will screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, negotiate terms, and guide placements. This role emphasizes client relationship building, industry knowledge, and compliance with hiring requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops client accounts and generates new business via candidate and client leads.
• Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and creates strategic recruiting strategies.
• Stays abreast of industry trends and recruiting best practices.
• Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles.
• Screens resumes and conducts behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Negotiates fee agreements and completes correspondence for placements.
• Manages assignment and candidate data in tracking systems.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
