The Adecco Group’s LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join a dynamic team focused on both Clients and Candidates. You will manage the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level roles across diverse client needs.

You’ll interview candidates, match them with dream organizations, and drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities. After NCT, you may work from home or in a hybrid model with strong managerial support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional roles.
• Interview candidates and match them with clients' organizations.
