The Adecco Group is seeking an Executive Recruiter to manage the full recruiting cycle for mid- to senior-level positions. You'll partner with clients to analyze hiring needs, build comprehensive candidate pipelines, and execute strategic recruiting initiatives.

This role requires three years of experience in recruiting and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Strong communication skills and knowledge of employment laws are essential for success. A competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
