The Adecco Group is seeking an Executive Recruiter to manage full lifecycle direct-hire recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple clients. You will balance relationships with clients and candidates while delivering high‑quality placements.

You will interview candidates, identify new clients, and move quickly with a strong sense of urgency, all within a remote or hybrid work environment. The role rewards performance with incentive compensation tied to the compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full life-cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior‑level professional direct‑hire job orders for a variety of clients.
• Work with existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates, and match them with their dream organizations and careers.
• You must show a sense of urgency while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
