Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Executive Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level roles across multiple clients. You will partner with clients to align hiring objectives, analyze needs, and design targeted recruiting strategies to deliver exceptional results.

You will build a robust candidate pipeline, conduct behavioral interviews, and guide fee negotiations while maintaining client relationships and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates.
• Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing.
• Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs, determining best recruiting methods, and creates and deploys client and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives.
• Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
• Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles.
• Screens resumes and conducts behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Provides guidance and negotiates fee agreements with clients; completes appropriate correspondence for each placement.
