Partner with CFOs and HR leaders to understand hiring needs; grow a personal desk with uncapped commissions; and enjoy a collaborative, ESOP-enabled culture in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

2+ years in sales, business development or recruiting.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience managing a book of business and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships across the Nashville market with finance, accounting and HR leaders.
Prospect, network, and create a strong pipeline of client opportunities.
Recruit and place accounting, finance, and HR professionals.
Negotiate offers and guide clients and candidates through the hiring process.
Develop repeat business and referrals through high-quality service.
Manage your desk autonomously while collaborating with a high-performing team.
