Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking an ambitious Executive Recruiter to join our Nashville-area team. This full-desk role centers on sales and business development, building client relationships and placing top accounting and finance talent with local companies.

Partner with CFOs and HR leaders to understand hiring needs; grow a personal desk with uncapped commissions; and enjoy a collaborative, ESOP-enabled culture in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development or recruiting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience managing a book of business and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships across the Nashville market with finance, accounting and HR leaders.
• Prospect, network, and create a strong pipeline of client opportunities.
• Recruit and place accounting, finance, and HR professionals.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients and candidates through the hiring process.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary + uncapped commission: Average first-year earnings: $75,000-$100,000. Year two and beyond: $85,000-$100,000+
