Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Nashville team. You’ll build relationships with business leaders and connect top accounting, finance, and HR professionals with career opportunities.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll manage a book of business, grow client accounts, and leverage networking, referrals, and social media to drive success in a hybrid work environment with generous PTO and an ESOP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, recruiting, staffing, or related relationship roles.
• Or 1-4 years of public accounting with interest in business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in autonomy and team settings.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, business development, customer success, or relationship management
• OR 1-4 years of public accounting experience with an interest in business development and networking
