We provide ATS, sourcing tools, CRM, marketing support, and back-office infrastructure to enable you to close placements with minimal admin. Expect uncapped commission and six-figure+ earnings potential for top performers.

1099 Executive Recruiter (High Commission | Full Support Provided)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced executive recruiters and business development hunters who want maximum upside without the usual administrative drag. This is a pure performance role for professionals who know how to build relationships, drive searches, and close placements.

We provide all the tools, infrastructure, and support you need to succeed, so you can focus on what you do best: recruiting and revenue generation.

What We Provide (Fully Resourced Model)

You will not be building from scratch. We invest in your success from day one:

• ATS, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter access
• CRM, email, and recruiting technology stack
• Job postings, marketing support, and branded outreach
• Administrative, invoicing, and back-office support
• Client agreements and legal infrastructure
• Leadership access and collaboration when needed

Who We’re Looking For

We’re open to two types of high performers:

Option 1: Cold Calling / Business Development Experts

• Comfortable opening doors with hiring managers and executives
• Proven ability to generate new client relationships
• Strong phone presence and persistence
• Understands consultative selling, not transactional recruiting

Option 2: Strong Recruiters / Delivery Leaders

• Proven track record filling mid-to-executive level roles
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and closing skills
• Experience managing full-cycle searches
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Ideal Background

• Executive search, contingency, or retained recruiting experience
• Accounting, finance, manufacturing, engineering, or leadership recruiting experience is a plus (not required)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Compensation & Upside

• High commission structure (uncapped)
