Overview
We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our team. This position is responsible for completing the full cycle recruitment and compliance processes for leadership openings according to the company’s policies and procedures. As a part of this team, you will be solely responsible for reviewing all resumes and screening all applicants for all open positions within your assigned area/territory.
This is a work from home position. To support operational needs and business hours, candidates should reside in one of these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia.
About You
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting managing 10-25 healthcare leadership openings preferably
Able to manage 10-25 leadership openings
A proven track record of being a top performer in a metrics driven environment
Proficient in recruiting technology (i.e., Boolean searches) and tools (i.e., Indeed, Linkedin, texting software)
Strong cold calling and networking experience
Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
