POSITION OVERVIEW:
Green Key Resources is looking for a 360 (full desk) Recruiter to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, along with full cycle recruitment and talent delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, staffing solutions, and recruitment strategies to support talent acquisition needs. The specialization will be for opportunities in non-patient facing clinical roles. Green Key Resources continuously supports the growth and development of our employees, making sure our resources and technology are the best in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage potential clients including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research organizations in non-patient clinical roles such as CRC, CRA, drug safety RN, Biochemist, Regulatory roles, etc.
- Analyze life sciences and pharmaceutical staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
- Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings
- Work closely with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies
- Full Lifecycle recruiting of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and life sciences professionals.
- Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with healthcare and clinical clients and candidates in all stages of their careers.
- Building a network of candidates utilizing the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing resources.
- Parsing specialized and specific skills and qualifications for healthcare resumes
- Coming up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.
- Collecting and analyzing data to improve all hiring processes
- Coordinating with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and goals

- Opportunities for commission-based compensation between $25,000-$250,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS Degree in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in life sciences and pharmaceutical recruitment and/or sales/business development.
- Industry knowledge with the ability to understand and discuss relevant skills and companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment or someone with an innate drive to be the best.
- Willingness to learn and grow with a collaborative team
