Join our growing team at LHH Legal Search, part of the Adecco Group, as a Legal Executive Recruiter covering the DMV and Carolinas territories. This remote position requires sitting in the greater DC-metro area to facilitate meetings. We focus on holistic recruitment strategies for law firms and legal departments, connecting top legal talent across the nation.

Responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting attorneys for law firms and corporate legal departments.
2. Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates.
3. Networking with legal professionals.
4. Extending employment offers and negotiating compensation.
5. Supporting all parties in making informed employment decisions.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience practicing law and an interest in transitioning into recruiting.
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and business acumen.
• A JD degree is required.
