Description:
The Technical Executive Recruiter/Full Desk Executive is responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability. This position operates in a blended role; recruiting top talent (“candidates”) to fulfill open client job orders while establishing and developing client relationships. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely. This position is hybrid, with client/networking visits, and can sit anywhere in the Northeast.
Essential Job Functions:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain target lists, developing client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, “ad calls,” skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
- Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
- Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities.
- Perform weekly interviews in line with performance objectives.
- Generate leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales efforts.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and vital information for managing and growing a book of business, as well as planning daily activities.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across other lines of business and practices as appropriate.

Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0-18 months of technology sales or staffing experience required.
- Active membership in the IT community or networking groups is a plus.
- Proven track record of building a sales territory and hitting quotas is a plus.
Location: Hybrid
Travel Requirements: Less than 5% (almost no travel)
Salary range for this role: $65,000 - $80,000 USD. Compensation depends on skills, experience, certifications, location, and organizational needs. Incentive programs and discretionary bonuses may also be available.
