Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This true full-desk role combines business development, relationship building, and talent acquisition to connect top accounting and finance professionals with South Florida employers.

You will build your own book of business, work with a supportive team, and enjoy an employee-owned culture while advancing your career in a thriving market. Hybrid flexibility applies after onboarding and training.

• Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission + bonus. Average year 1 OTE $75,000 - $100,000. Year 2 and beyond $85,000 - 100,000+.
