Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This true full-desk role combines business development, relationship building, and talent acquisition to connect top accounting and finance professionals with South Florida employers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, business development, or a related client-facing role.
• Competitive spirit and a strong desire to succeed.
• Confidence building relationships and communicating with professionals at all levels.
• Strong networking skills, both online and in person.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Enjoy connecting people with opportunities and making an impact.

Responsabilités

• Develop new client relationships and expand existing partnerships throughout South Florida.
• Recruit and place top accounting and finance professionals.
• Build strong relationships with CFOs, Controllers, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
• Manage your desk like your own business while collaborating with a high-performing team.
