Job summary

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a tech‑savvy Project Manager to support the Managing Partner on executive initiatives in California. The role requires coordinating across departments, managing multiple projects, and representing the Managing Partner when needed.

The candidate should thrive in a fast‑paced professional services environment, demonstrate leadership presence, and communicate clearly with staff and vendors. Hybrid work is available with standard PST hours.

Qualifications

• Strong technology and software proficiency; comfortable learning and using new tools quickly.
• Working knowledge of project management tools/platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, resourceful “go-getter” who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage several projects at once and keep them moving to completion.
• Strong judgment and discretion when representing the Managing Partner.
• Comfortable working a hybrid schedule, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of executive-level projects with the Managing Partner.
• Act on behalf of the Managing Partner in communications with internal teams, vendors, and outside parties.
• Drive projects forward independently — anticipate roadblocks, follow up proactively, and push initiatives through to completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as the Managing Partner's needs shift.
• Obtain and compare quotes from vendors and service providers to support decision‑making.
• Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal departments to keep projects moving.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, vendors, and outside contacts, both verbally and in writing.
• Track project status, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Managing Partner.
• Use project management tools and general software platforms to organize tasks, timelines, and communications.
