Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program management, business operations, chief of staff, or organizational effectiveness experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead key operational programs including executive communications, employee engagement, intern programs, and governance.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and plan leadership events and programs.
• Draft communications, develop presentations, and support executive messaging.
• Coordinate internship programs, onboarding, milestones, and conversions.
• Maintain site investment tracking, reporting, and governance processes.
