Job summary

HP is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-functional programs, shaping strategy and budgets across products and services. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and sustained profitability.

The role emphasizes risk management, continuous improvement, and the integration of new technologies within a manufacturing engineering context. A senior candidate with broad PM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in engineering development, project planning tools, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads key programs across functions and teams to drive engineering development and implementation for multiple products/services.
• Directs development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource plans, and requirements.
• Manages activities of supporting program teams and partners; owns overall program profit and loss management.
• Communicates progress and escalations to stakeholders; collaborates to implement changes driving cost efficiency and improvements.
• Monitors schedules and quality with vendors/subcontractors; identifies and mitigates risks with early builds.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives in manufacturing engineering.
