Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Operations, Quality, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage Operational Excellence programs aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Apply program management disciplines to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity, process optimization, and quality improvement.
• Own and operate Operational Excellence governance, metrics, and dashboards.
• Develop business cases and measure realized business value from OE initiatives.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Experience to institutionalize improvements.
