Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in complex programs or cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong program and project governance, planning, and execution skills.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and executive communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including executive presentations.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams across the full lifecycle of strategic programs, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, deliverables, and business outcomes.
• Establishes and maintains program governance, integrated project plans, operating rhythms, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Manages program risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and change requests, escalating to minimize business impact.
• Drives stakeholder engagement and executive communications by providing clear program visibility and alignment across leadership levels.
• Tracks program performance against defined objectives and milestones to deliver targeted business outcomes.
