You will establish operating mechanisms for prioritization, decision-making, and execution across multiple teams, serving as a critical connector among business, engineering, operations, and executive leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional alignment, escalation management, and executive reporting to ensure delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in technology organizations.
• Demonstrated experience influencing across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and planning processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with engineering, product, operations, and business leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate governance processes that support strategic planning and execution across multiple organizations.
• Establish and facilitate regular prioritization and planning forums.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and issue resolution.
• Maintain visibility into strategic initiatives, dependencies, risks, and commitments.
• Partner with leaders to align priorities, staffing plans, investments, and roadmap objectives.
• Prepare leadership reviews, business updates, and executive communications.
