HP, Inc. is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic right hand to the Sr Vice President and Division President. The role translates vision into an integrated operating plan and leads cross-functional project and program management to drive growth across the business portfolio.

Qualifications

Four-year or graduate degree in business or related discipline.
Typically 12+ years of work experience in strategic management or related fields.
Experience in project management and analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a real-time view of organizational health, priorities, risks, and surface issues needing attention.
Design and run the operating system of the organization, including cadences, decision frameworks, and execution reviews.
Own and improve leadership rhythms, staff meetings, business reviews, and executive reporting.
Drive strategic planning and OKR processes, translating direction into clear plans and milestones.
Build dashboards and reporting to track progress, risks, and resource alignment.
Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives across leadership teams.
Identify and remove bottlenecks, driving issues to resolution before delivery impact.
Partner with HR and Finance on org design, headcount planning, and budget tracking.
Drive employee engagement and communications for Sr VP.
Lead solution program management and ensure ACS solutions are delivered on time.
