Job summary

You will bridge product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams, drive schedules, manage risks, and drive process improvements across launches. PMP/CSM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program/project management or product launch experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional product launches in a large org.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of product/program launches from concept to release.
• Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain for launch readiness.
• Track dependencies, risks, and issues to keep launches on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain program documentation.
