Job summary

The Senior Director, Process Redesign Lead is accountable for defining and governing future-state business processes across USPAH’s digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures transformation efforts are grounded in simplified, standardized, and scalable ways of working that align to business strategy and operational realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in business process design or enterprise change.
• Experience leading cross-functional redesign at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with vendor(s) to align on standard methodology for current state processes.
• Lead end-to-end future-state process design across initiatives.
• Identify pain points and drive simplification and standardization.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes and handoffs.
• Establish process design standards, docs, and approvals.
• Ensure designs are executable, viable, and scalable.
• Coordinate timing with delivery milestones.
• Support change management, training, and comms teams.
• Assist testing and readiness with process scenarios and edge cases.
• Identify risks and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
