Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Process Redesign Lead to define and govern future-state business processes across USPAH's digital transformation initiatives. This role partners with business leaders, workstream leads, program leads, and enablement teams to translate strategic intent into executable process designs and to ensure adoption prior to deployment.

The candidate will lead end-to-end design efforts, ensure designs are scalable, and coordinate with change management and testing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in business process design, operating model transformation, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, crossfunctional process redesign efforts at enterprise scale.
• Strong background working with business leaders across multiple functions and operational domains.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment in matrixed environments.
• Experience with process modeling and intelligence tools (Celonis, Signavio, BlueWorks Live)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end future-state process design across transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to business strategy and operating model goals.
• Partner with business leaders and program leads to identify process pain points and opportunities for simplification.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes, roles, decision points, and handoffs.
• Establish and govern process design standards, documentation requirements, and approval mechanisms.
• Ensure process designs are executable, operationally viable, and scalable across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with program leads to align design timing with delivery milestones.
• Support Organizational Change Management to ensure adoption of process changes.
• Identify and manage process-related risks and dependencies; escalate as needed.
