Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Process Redesign Lead to define and govern future‑state business processes for USPAH's digital transformation. You will translate strategic intent into executable designs, document them, and ensure adoption prior to deployment.

You will partner with business leaders, program leads, and enablement teams to drive standardized processes, measurable improvements, and scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in business process design or enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional redesign efforts at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to work with business leaders across functions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment in matrixed environments.
• Experience with process modeling tools (Celonis, Signavio, BlueWorks Live).
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end future‑state process design across transformation initiatives.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for simplification and standardization.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to define future‑state processes.
• Establish and govern process design standards, documentation, and approvals.
• Ensure process designs are executable, viable, and scalable.
• Coordinate with program leads to align design timing with milestones.
• Collaborate with Change Management, Training, and Communications teams.
• Support testing and readiness activities with accurate scenarios.
• Identify process risks and dependencies, escalate as needed.
• Document ownership and governance for post‑deployment sustainment.
• Capture lessons learned and improve approaches across waves.
